Payment
Clients must pay upfront if ordering individually. They may do so by using the Paypal buttons on the website or by emailing the A Writer for Hire Team and allowing us to invoice them.
If the client prefers to set up a monthly retainer package, they will be billed immediately for the first month and on the 15th of the month every month thereafter for as long as the agreement is made between The A Writer for Hire team and the client.
Payment via Paypal is preferred.
Invoicing
Monthly invoices are sent via Paypal on the 10th of the month and due on or before the 15th.
Monthly Retainer Packages
In order for a client to be eligible for a monthly retainer agreement, they must agree to pay for at least 3 months of retainer. The retainer agreements allow the client to be billed monthly on the 15th of the month and receive first choice of dates to have their work completed.
Edits
The A Writer for Hire team will edit or tweak an article for a client if notified within 2 business days of submitting the article to the client. However, if the client requests a longer length than first agreed upon they must first pay the difference.
Rush
In order for a client to receive an article or articles on a rush, they must pay an extra 25% for the article or article pack.
Refund
Articles and article packs are non-refundable unless otherwise decided by the Head Writer at A Writer for Hire and decided on a case-by-case basis.
Email & Correspondence
Clients are expected to send the article keywords, topic or article titles to the Head Writer at A Writer for Hire via email following their order and payment or in a timely manner if they are on a monthly retainer.
Each month at the beginning of the month, The Head Writer will email monthly retainer clients a friendly reminder to send their requests in ASAP as these are completed first come first serve unless they are received on time.
Once the articles are completed for a client the Head Writer will email them to the client immediately upon completion.
Inquiries
The Head Writer at A Writer for Hire will respond to all inquiries to the website via email within 24 hrs of receipt unless it is noted on the site that we are out of the office or on vacation for an extended period of time.
Timing
Normal turn around time for an article is 1 week or less unless noted on our website. If the articles will take more time, the Head Writer will let the client know this upfront so that they can make a decision regarding their order.
