The Importance of Consistency.

Published by brandyw under Uncategorized

Once you make the decision to start a website or blog for your business, consistency is the key.  Current, up-to-date information is what your readers crave, and the best way to keep those readers and build new readers is to consistently offer what they want.

If you have ever looked at some of the large popular blogs, you will see one thing that they all have in common.  They update their blogs on a schedule.  This isn’t to say that you need to update your site multiple times every day, after all it is your business and you decide how much time you will devote to it.  However, make sure that you stick to the schedule that you set.  If you promise your readers three posts per week, then that is what they will look for.  If you consistently fail to provide the content, they will most likely find another blog or website to frequent.

Although it may seem a little stressful, it doesn’t have to be.  If you know that you have dedicated readers who look forward to your posts every week, but feel that you no longer have the time to devote to the maintenance of your site, you have the option to outsource.  One of the biggest advantages of hiring someone to maintain your blog or website is the consistency.  You will no longer have to worry if there will be enough time to publish quality content for your readers.  When you outsource your writing to a company like A Writer for Hire, your site becomes our job, and consistency changes from a burden into a constant.

Finding Good Content

Published by admin under Uncategorized

Business owners may find content for their website and blog hard to come by at times. This can happen for any business owner no matter what you do or what your website is all about.

For Christian business owners finding content online can be difficult to find. There are very few places to go to find content and articles that are good quality. PLR articles are a good way to go, but finding Christian ones is even harder because they are just not there.

Have you ever wanted to place Christian content on your site, but didn’t know how to write it or what avenue you wanted to take? This can be difficult for young Christians or for a person that just became a Christian. It doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have the ability to have this content, but you may find it hard to write.

This is one of the major reasons why you would want to use PLR for your website or blog. PLR articles make it easy to have good quality content and you won’t have to spend too much time rewriting it so it’s yours and you won’t have to worry about duplicate content.

Search engines do not like duplicate content and if your site is hit with that tag, you will rank low in the search engines. This is why it’s very important that you rewrite each PLR article you are given or you purchase. You will need to change the article by at least 40% so it’s not considered a duplicate.

PLR articles give you the basis and the initial start to your content or article. They will make it easier for you to come up with your own thoughts and ideas. You can also take these articles and add your own thoughts, opinions, and Bible verses to make it your own.

When you run a Christian business, you want to make sure your visitors understand that your site is Christian and you want to offer them valuable information. Your target market is Christian people and you want them to feel comfortable while they are visiting your site.

It doesn’t matter if you offer products or services for other business owners, families, married couples, or children, you can find content for your site that is Christian based.

As a Christian business owner, you might stress over the content on your site or blog. You many have problems finding the right words to use or the right topics to cover. You might also find it hard to write what you are trying to say or have enough words to make it the length you want. Consider hiring a Christian ghostwriter or using PLR specifically for Christians.

How important is your content?

Starting a blog or website is relatively easy, gaining an audience is an entirely different challenge.  You will be better able to capture an audience if you have quality content.  In order for you to grab a reader, you must have content on your site that the reader finds helpful in some way.  It should give them instructions of some sort, encouragement, advise, or support.

For example, if you have a blog about cooking, you need to have content about cooking.  You would not post articles about car maintenance on your cooking blog.  Readers would not know what to expect, and would probably not visit your site regularly.  Although you do not want your content to be boring, your readers should be able to predict what the general subject will be.  Parenting blogs may blog on several different issues, but they have one thing in common.  All of the topics are related to parenting in some way.

Creating new and fresh content can be a challenge sometimes.  It is all to easy to develop a case of “writers block”.  Having writers block is terrible, you have the desire to write but you can not think of any new content.  There are problems other than writers block, you may just need a break so your mind can rejuvenate.  In times like this, it is great to hire a ghost writer.  Someone who can look at your blog and get the general theme, but who can add fresh ideas and new content for your readers.  A Writer for Hire can do this for you, and the rates are very reasonable.

So, if you need a break, or just need some fresh new content, check out the services that we offer.

Quick Help To Find Your Way Through The Ebook Writing Process

Published by admin under Uncategorized

Writing an book is tough and the process is long and there are many decisions you have to make along the way. But writing is just half the job. If you’re self publishing, after you’re done writing, you have to promote and market it too.

One of the best tools to use when working on a project as large like writing an ebook, is a checklist.  It helps you figure out what you should be doing, where you’re heading and how far along in the  process you are.

Here’s a checklist I found, created by people who are experienced in ebook writing and marketing.  They’ve allowed me to share it with you. To download the checklist, click the following link. Download ebook writing & marketing checklist

What can an Ebook do for you?

Published by brandyw under Uncategorized

Do you have valuable information that you would like to share? Have you acquired some really great tips on certain subjects that you think others could benefit from? If you answered yes to either of the questions above, then writing an Ebook may be for you. For many unpublished or even new authors, Ebooks are proving to be a great way to get published.

Ebooks have many of the same benefits as regular books, without the large overhead cost. If you are considering self publishing a book, from your research you probably know how expensive the process can be. Choosing to produce an Ebook is a great solution. You can even look at an Ebook as a way to build interest in your ideas that will leave your audience wanting more, that way when you do publish your first book in print there will be people waiting to purchase it.

If you are new to the idea of creating an Ebook and are not exactly sure where to start, or feel that you do not have enough time to devote to a quality product, A Writer for Hire can help. We offer an Ebook service, and for only $15.00 per page we will create your book for you. Our team can help you to organize and arrange your thoughts and ideas into an Ebook that flows perfectly.

The presentation of your Ebook is important. Even though it may not be a traditional book, so to speak, it is still a product that you will sell to others. With that being said, you want to make sure that it is professional in every way. Taking the time to make sure your product is perfect will help to gain returning customers. This is important if you plan to produce more Ebooks, or publish a book in print.

How important is your Bio page?

What exactly is a Bio page, and how important is it?  A Bio page is the page on your blog or website that gives personal information about you.  It is a place where you can list all of your accomplishments and credentials.  Some things that you should include on your Bio page are:

  • education,
  • experience,
  • awards that you have received,
  • materials that have been published,
  • where you have been published,
  • leadership positions that you have held,
  • important clients that you have worked with,
  • any media appearances that you have made, and
  • any other information that you think potential clients would find helpful.

You may also wish to add some client testimonials to your Bio page as well.

Look at your Bio page as an advertisement for you.  You are the “brand” that you want others to purchase.  In order to sell your services you should let potential clients know what you can do for them.  Explain how they can benefit from your using your product or service.

Think of  your Bio page as your first impression on others.  For new clients this will likely be their first experience meeting you, so to speak.  You want to make sure that this important introduction is well written, and completely explains you and your work.

Since this is such an important part of your site, you should take great care in creating it.  If you have a lot to offer, but are not sure exactly how to put it all together, do not stress.  A Writer for Hire can create your Bio page for you.  Simply let us know what you want contained in your Bio, and we can complete it for you.  By using a Writer for Hire to create your Bio page, you can rest easy in knowing that you will have a quality page, suitable for the most important client to read.
