Why Article Marketing?

Published by admin under All about Content

There are many ways to market ones business, but not all ways are equal, and not all ways are effective.  If you want to market your business and do so effectively you must do so in a variety of ways.  One of the ways that you can market your business, even on a shoestring budget is with article marketing.  The wonderful thing about article marketing is that it literally multiplies your marketing.  It keeps working long after you’ve done the work.

Article marketing works in a variety of ways.  These include:

Spreading Content. Article marketing allows you to write an article once and have it used again and again.  Basically, you write the article, submit it to directories and then watch your content spread all over the internet.

Building Inbound Links. Submitting your articles to directories allows you to spread your content, but it also allows you to spread and gain inbound links to your website. This is done through the most important part of article marketing, your bio, or resource box. This is where you want to put links back to your website.  Then, every time one of your articles is picked up and used, it is also sending people to your site through a link.

Establishing Yourself as an Expert. The more content you create, distribute and is out there on your niche topic the more you are seen as an expert on that topic.  Article marketing allows you to establish yourself as an expert by simply sharing your knowledge.

That’s it really.  Article marketing in a nutshell and why it works.  Why not make it work for you?  We at A Writer for Hire specialize in article marketing so if you need help click here.

Repurposing Your Content

Published by admin under All about Content

As an online business owner when it comes to spending time writing you know that it is time that is spent well, but you worry that you will be able to truly make the most of the content you are creating.  Am I right?

Article writing can be hard work, blog writing can be hard work,  let’s face it writing in general can be hard work, so if you are a business owner who has actually found the time to do so then you want to be sure to be able to make the most of the content you’ve created.  You can do so by re-purposing your content.

We all know that content is king and truly a valuable part of your business.  Therefore once you have created that content you want to make the most of it by re-purposing it in a variety of ways.  Let’s say it begins as a blog post.  A blog post is normally kept under 450 words.  Then, you can turn it into an article to use for article marketing.  This needs to be stretched to approximately 600 words.  Next you will want to repeat the process, by doing you are creating another way that you can use your content, an ebook.  Using a series of articles you can put them together to create an ebook.

An ebook can then be used either to give away on your blog or website as a way of collecting contact information for your potential clients through a mailing list sign up or you can sell the ebook for profits.  Once you have the ebook, you can repeat the process again and create a series of ebooks.  The process can truly be done again and again with even great results each time.

Another great way to re-purpose the content that you create is by turning it into audios.  You can either do this yourself and use the articles reading them and recording yourself doing so to create a podcast or even an audio series that you can sell or make available on your blog or website.  Or, if you would rather you can outsource this task to a virtual assistant.  Either way you are creating yet another way to use the content that began as a simple blog post.

You can probably see now how valuable the time that you use to create that simple blog post is.  It truly can multiply if you use your efforts creatively and re-purpose the content again and again.

How important is your content?

Starting a blog or website is relatively easy, gaining an audience is an entirely different challenge.  You will be better able to capture an audience if you have quality content.  In order for you to grab a reader, you must have content on your site that the reader finds helpful in some way.  It should give them instructions of some sort, encouragement, advise, or support.

For example, if you have a blog about cooking, you need to have content about cooking.  You would not post articles about car maintenance on your cooking blog.  Readers would not know what to expect, and would probably not visit your site regularly.  Although you do not want your content to be boring, your readers should be able to predict what the general subject will be.  Parenting blogs may blog on several different issues, but they have one thing in common.  All of the topics are related to parenting in some way.

Creating new and fresh content can be a challenge sometimes.  It is all to easy to develop a case of “writers block”.  Having writers block is terrible, you have the desire to write but you can not think of any new content.  There are problems other than writers block, you may just need a break so your mind can rejuvenate.  In times like this, it is great to hire a ghost writer.  Someone who can look at your blog and get the general theme, but who can add fresh ideas and new content for your readers.  A Writer for Hire can do this for you, and the rates are very reasonable.

So, if you need a break, or just need some fresh new content, check out the services that we offer.

How important is your Bio page?

What exactly is a Bio page, and how important is it?  A Bio page is the page on your blog or website that gives personal information about you.  It is a place where you can list all of your accomplishments and credentials.  Some things that you should include on your Bio page are:

  • education,
  • experience,
  • awards that you have received,
  • materials that have been published,
  • where you have been published,
  • leadership positions that you have held,
  • important clients that you have worked with,
  • any media appearances that you have made, and
  • any other information that you think potential clients would find helpful.

You may also wish to add some client testimonials to your Bio page as well.

Look at your Bio page as an advertisement for you.  You are the “brand” that you want others to purchase.  In order to sell your services you should let potential clients know what you can do for them.  Explain how they can benefit from your using your product or service.

Think of  your Bio page as your first impression on others.  For new clients this will likely be their first experience meeting you, so to speak.  You want to make sure that this important introduction is well written, and completely explains you and your work.

Since this is such an important part of your site, you should take great care in creating it.  If you have a lot to offer, but are not sure exactly how to put it all together, do not stress.  A Writer for Hire can create your Bio page for you.  Simply let us know what you want contained in your Bio, and we can complete it for you.  By using a Writer for Hire to create your Bio page, you can rest easy in knowing that you will have a quality page, suitable for the most important client to read.

Why A Writer for Hire

Published by Margaret under All about Content

Are you a potential customer of “A Writer for Hire”?  Do you own a blog, or have a website that is being badly neglected because you just don’t have time to write the articles you need to maintain any kind of a rank in the search engines?   Do you know how to use keywords to optimize your blog or website so that the search engines find your articles or blog entries highly relevant?  Better yet, do you even know what key words are and which ones are most relevant to your website or business?

Writing is time consuming, especially when the words and ideas don’t flow very freely.  If you have a blog or website on a subject you are very familiar with, then it is easier to write.  Eventually though, unless you have an outline or a plan, you may run out of ideas.  If you aren’t familiar with your subject, then you may have to do quite a bit of your own research to even begin to put something together to write an article.

“A Writer for Hire” is a great place to come for anyone who meets any of the above criteria and more.  We have a team of writers who can help you get from point A to point B for a reasonable price and in a very reasonable turn around time.  There is no minimum and there is no maximum number of articles that you need to order to be accepted.  You can free up your time to market your website or come up with new ideas for a new product.  In the meantime, your blog or website will be kept updated and you will reap the rewards through getting more and more visitors.  Eventually, with enough new, interesting articles written by “A Writer for Hire”, you may wind up on some of the first several pages of Google in the natural or organic search results.

Whether your blog or website is for a business, commercial, or personal, we can write about anything (no adults sites of course).  At a “Writer for Hire”, we will do the research on your topic for you and write you an article with the average of 300-600 words, depending on what you need.  It will be keyword optimized, interesting and original.  No need to ever worry about having duplicate articles again.

We look forward to doing business with you in the near future at “A Writer for Hire”.

Why Have PLR Articles Rewritten?

Published by admin under All about Content

PLR articles are quite a good deal for many internet business owners, however, it is important that you re-write or have someone else rewrite the PLR content before you publish it to your website, newsletter or other medium.

Editing PLR articles makes them unique to you and your business.  PLR articles are often times sold to a certain number of people before no longer being made available.  This means that you are sure to be sharing this same content with at least a handful of other people.   You want to stand out from these other people right?  You do not want the content of your articles, website or other mediums to be too similar to those other business owners who may have purchased the same PLR content that you did.  Therefore it is important to personalize your PLR articles.

You can do this in a number of ways, here are a few tips:

1. Add your story.  Add pieces of your story, or tips from your own experience to the article.

2.  Add links to your products or services.  Take advantage of the content by showing them how your products or services are relevant to what they are reading about and most likely searching for.

3.   Reword the article.  Take the article, read it and then reword it in your own words from what you remember about what was said.

These are just a few ways that you can personalize PLR articles.  However, if you do not have the time to spend doing it yourself, consider hiring someone like myself to do the work for you.  You can check out my PLR Rewrite Rates on the rates page.

 1.  Blog Content -  Let’s face it fresh blog content keeps our clients and customers coming back for more.  Maybe you just do not have the time to create new blog content for your readers and the search engines to gobble up.   That’s where a ghostwriter can help by providing fresh content in the form of articles.

 2.  Newsletter Content -  You know that the money is in the list right?  That is what the Internet Marketing world says.  So, if you do not have a mailing list, start one, and if you need content hire a ghostwriter. Yet another way to make use of a ghostwriter and communicate with your clients at the same time.

4.  PLR Rewrites-So you lucked up and bought some great PLR content for your website however now you can’t find the time to edit that content to make it more suited to your business and to personalize it for your needs.  This is yet another reason a ghostwriter is valuable to you.
